Things you should know about your visit to The Blue Room Theatre
BOOKING TICKETS to The Blue Room Theatre attracts no additional charges, whether you book online here, over the phone, 08 9227 7005, or in person at The Blue Room Theatre Box Office, 53 James Street, Northbridge. All tickets must be pre-paid at the time of booking.
PARKING can sometimes be found on nearby streets, or you can access the secure City of Perth Library Car Park off Francis St or James St cul-de-sac. PUBLIC TRANSPORT is a short walk from The Blue Room Theatre. Visit www.transperth.wa.gov.au or call the Infoline: 13 62 13.
THE BLUE ROOM THEATRE BOX OFFICE opens one hour prior to each performance and now accepts credit card and Eftpos payments as well as cash. Print-at-home tickets bought online must be exchanged at the box office for slap bands in order to gain entry into the performance space. Door sales are often available, but not guaranteed
RUNNING LATE? Phone ahead. Some shows will admit latecomers during a suitable break in the performance. Others employ a strict ‘no latecomers’ policy and offer no refunds or exchanges.
SEATING in The Blue Room Theatre’s two performances spaces (40 and 60 seats) is unreserved.
ACCESS to The Blue Room Theatre’s performance spaces and bar on the first floor can be gained using our internal lift from the street level box office foyer. Guide dogs are welcome and we also honour Companion Cards.
DRINKS & SNACKS can be purchased from The Blue Room Theatre Bar up to one hour before each performance, at intervals, and for a limited period after each show: chips, chocolate bars, lollies and delicious toasted sandwiches; tea, coffee, and still some of the lowest priced alcoholic beverages in Northbridge. And yes, you can take your drinks into the performance!
ADULT CONTENT is featured in The Blue Room Theatre Seasons, intended for adult audiences aged 15 years and above. Many of our shows contain coarse language and adult themes. Check any warnings at the time of booking.
SCHOOL GROUPS (years 10-12) are welcome at the special price of $15 per student. Receive one teacher ticket FREE with every ten student tickets.
