"As a visitor to Perth who likes to see live theatre, this was a terrific show in a great venue. The versatility and impact of the acting and its closeness was most appreciated."
Zen's Red Mouth audience member, July 2007

"Loved the show, I always enjoy the performances at The Blue Room. Artsy atmosphere, but not pretentious, cutting edge performances. Never boring"

Written and performed by Jeffrey Jay Fowler

You’re invited to a night of fun, fables, facts and cocktails as you step into an intimate and imaginative cocktail bar.

Guests will be offered a menu and asked to place an order. Your host, the Bartender, will regale you with stories, songs, stats and trivia on the history and culture of drinking while he prepares each beverage.

No two performances will be the same. You get the show you order, served with a dash of the Bartender’s back story.

Creator Jeffery Jay Fowler is a writer, director and performer whose previous works include Duck, Duck, Goose!, Red  Lashes and Hope is the saddest (Winner, 2008 Blue Room Best Production Award). A history of drinking is his first solo work.

Alcoholic beverages will be served during the performance, included in the ticket price. Therefore you must be aged 18+ to attend. Please arrive early to view the drinks menu and prepare your order.
